"I'll put a bullet in the back of your head."
Robert McMahon served in Vietnam with the Marines' 2nd Division in 1972 and 1973. That service cost him an arm and leg: he can be seen walking around Brooklyn sans a left arm and limping along with a gimpy right leg. He uses his veteran status to garner donations from passers by, and many seem to honor his service and his requests for money.
But all may not be as it seems. An expose by the New York Post upset McMahon so much that he threatened the life of a photographer who recently took his picture: "I'll put a bullet in the back of your head."
So what pictures made McMahon so enraged? The Post has the story and the shots.
