In responding to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's announcement that he will carry out the rest of his term before stepping down, opposition leader Mohamed ElBaradei characterized Mubarak as a "dictator who doesn't want to listen to the clear voice of the people."
The people will only get angrier, ElBaradei told CNN's Anderson Cooper Tuesday evening, warning that Mubarak will not only be a "lame-duck president," but will also be "a dead man walking":
