"An agenda worth fighting for"
To be fair, United Steelworkers International President Leo Gerardcould have been talking about going door-to-door with informational pamphlets when he told the Pennsylvania Progressive Summit that theirs is an "agenda worth fighting for" and that they should "take to the streets and do what needs to be done."
But since he simultaneously dismissed peaceful protests like "letter writing" campaigns, I'm wondering why the lamestream media isn't complaining about his "violent rhetoric." (call-to-action moment comes at end of video)
Also delivering rallying remarks to the progressive summit this year were Rev. Jesse Jackson, Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Ariz., and ex-Rep. Joe Sestak, D-Penn.
