Iowa Chooses to Do the Hard Work...Legalizes Training Wheels on Motorcycles

If there is a Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in the state of Iowa, they might be seriously considering a move.  This week the Des Moines Register broke the news that Iowa is on the path to permit motorcycles in the state to legally use TRAINING WHEELS;

Motorcycles with two detachable rear wheels would be legal on Iowa’s roads under a bill approved Tuesday by the Iowa House Transportation Committee.

In the late 70s, early 1980s Iowa once considered changing the official state slogan to "A State Of Minds."  ("Fields of Opportunities" eventually won out.)   After reading this next story, there may be some new suggestions coming forward.
