Mississippi high school baseball rivals Tupelo High and South Panola High have given us an amazing highlight that is destined for viral status.
Late in the game, Tupelo was down by a run, with star player Caleb Walker on second base, hoping for a hit to drive him home. That hit came, but so did a very accurate throw from South Panola's outfielder. The ball beat Caleb Walker to the plate and by all accounts, he should have been 'out by a mile.'
Until THIS happened.
Ps. That momentum-shifting play ignited a huge rally that gave Tupelo a 7-2 win.
(H/T to Yahoo's high school sports coverage for this one.)
