Local Ark. News Reporter Braves Rushing Water to Save Sinking Motorist

While covering the floods in White County, AR on Tuesday, KARK-TV news reporter Adam Rodriguez and photographer Casey Moore spotted a woman trying to drive her SUV over a heavily-flooded road. She failed. Eventually, the fast-rushing water started sweeping her away and engulfing her vehicle.
That's when Rodriguez decided to tie a rope around himself, wade in water nearly up to his neck, and rescue the woman. And Moore caught it all on camera:
