Pelosi discusses The Word again

In Sister Pelosi's latest Bible lesson, she praises President Obama for having more patience than Job.

For those not familiar with the Old Testament's Book of Job, it tells the tale of Job, the "Man of Patience."  When Satan challenged that Job was only faithful to God because he had a "good life," God allowed Satan to take Job's land, wealth, family, etc. -- everything but his life.   Though others encouraged Job to renounce God throughout his trials, Job's faith never wavered.  In the end, God rewards Job's loyalty with more wealth, land, family, etc. then he had had to start with.

“I want to commend the president – I have never seen – Job is no place compared to this president in terms of patience,” said Pelosi at a press briefing on Thursday. “He [Job] doesn’t even begin because this president has demonstrated a level of patience, not only during the meetings but as respect, respectful of the suggestions that are made by all parties at the meeting, in his preparation for the meeting, and his coming back to address concerns that are expressed by others.”

Alternatively, Townhall's Katie Pavlich notes that if Pelosi's comparison is to be taken literally, she's basically suggesting that Republicans are equal to Satan by testing Obama on the debt.
