On his bus tour stop Monday, President Barack Obama said the federal health care law's individual mandate, which requires every American to purchase health insurance "should not be controversial."
As we noted last week, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals recently struck down the so-called individual mandate, siding with 26 states that had sued to block the law.
