A conversation on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" sparked controversy when Tina Brown called former Vice President Dick Cheney a "wrecking ball" yet conversely, Â said he was validated by President Obama.
"I mean, you know, Cheney seems to be totally in denial still about Iraq. I mean, totally in denial," Brown said on Tuesday. "One of the things I feel is just, you know, you get reminded again of what a kind of wrecking ball the guy was."
Just moments later, however, Brown makes an interesting comparison. Newsbusters reports that as the commentators discussed how anti-war Democrats become increasingly militant once elected, Brown called President Obama "Cheney-like."
"He's been validated by Obama," Brown said.
