Rep. Pelosi wants America to know she isn't 'Charlie Brown

Congress can't pass a deal on the payroll tax cut and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi says Democrats won't have a conference with Speaker John Boehner and Republican leadership to talk it out. She thinks Republicans are trying to pull a fast one.

"We are not falling for that stunt again,” Pelosi said Tuesday on the suggestion of a conference, according to The Hill. "He is not Lucy and we are not Charlie Brown."
