Rapper to Tattoo Artist Who Inked Name Across Woman's Forehead: 'F--king A--hole

Hip hop artist Drake is impressed that a woman would tattoo his name across her forehead -- but thinks the artist who did it is a "f--king asshole."

In an interview Thursday with Los Angeles radio host Mando Fresko, the 25-year-old Canadian rapper called the photo of a woman with shaved eyebrows and the name "Drake" tattooed in capital letters across her forehead "incredible." The photo went viral on the Internet last week.

"I want to meet her and understand what happened," he told Fresko. "That's cool though, I feel you 100 percent, that to me is absolutely incredible."

His words for the tattoo artist, Kevin Campbell in Los Angeles, were decidedly less kind -- and more threatening.

"The guy who tatted is a f--king asshole though, I will tell you that," he said. "I don't f--k with that guy. F--k you to that tat artist by the way. And you should lose your job and should never do tattoos again and I don't f--k with you. And if I ever see you, I'm a f--k you up."

But back to the woman who saw fit to wear his name across her forehead, he seemed in awe.

“But real sh-- though, I really like…I want to talk to this girl and understand it all," he said. "It's love, it's crazy, it's surreal."

For his part, Campbell said he had some reservations of his own about doing the tattoo.

"She was really psyched about it. She had the sh--ty font all picked out on her iPhone ready to go and was pretty adamant about putting it on her forehead," he told Vice magazine. "She acted as if she had planned it out for a while, but I'm not really sure how much extended coherent thought could actually go into getting such a stupid tattoo on your forehead."

And did he have any idea of the significance of what he was doing?

"The funny thing is, I didn't know who Drake was," he said. "I figured it was her hood or some sh--, not some goofnugget R&B dude."
