A pair of fishermen had an encounter they're unlikely to forget anytime soon when a great white shark circled their boat off the coast of Oahu, Hawaii.
According to Honolulu ABC affiliate KITV, Addison Toki and Dominick Gaballo were commercial fishing about five miles off the coast of Oahu Thursday. They had just hauled in a 300-pound marlin when Toki spotted the shark near the back of the boat.
"As it got closer and saw just the size and features, we knew it was a great white," said Gaballo told the station.
Estimating it to be about 15-feet long, they said the shark circled their boat for nearly an hour. Figuring they needed to capture it on video, they pulled out a camera and started filming.
"Talk about Jaws, this is the real deal right here!" Toki says on the video.
