I got a fun wake-up call from our tech editor Liz Klimas this morning in the form of this graphic:

Why, yes I do live near a terrorism hot spot! I clicked the link to the original study that said Washington, D.C, which is where I live, has seen the fifth "most fatalities" from terrorism of all the cities in the U.S.
