In a fully-clothed interview with Playboy magazine, Meghan McCain said she's a fan of the late author Hunter S. Thompson:

I love the way he wrote with such disregard for authority and the status quo. I’ve been considering getting his quote “Buy the ticket, take the ride” tattooed on my body, but I haven’t decided.
