Barack vs. Barack: Group Uses President's Words Against Him in Viral Obamacare Video

As protesters rally outside the Supreme Court while justices listen to high-toned arguments on the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's signature health care law, one group is hoping the president's own words will help the case against the law. At least his words before he was president.

The central dispute over the law is a provision that requires individuals to have health insurance by 2014 or pay a penalty. American Crossroads, a 527 organization advised by Karl Rove, has released a new video showing that Barack Obama himself has not always supported the individual mandate at the center of his controversial health care reform plan:

This comes as former DNC Chairman Howard Dean appeared on CBS Monday morning where he made the claim some liberals might find stunning: he admitted he thinks the Supreme Court will likely declare the individual mandate unconstitutional. Dean went on to explain that he believes the court will strike down the mandate, not the entire law, but that the law can still be successful without the mandate:
