"I would kiss George W. Bush on the mouth for what he did on PEPFAR. [For] Three seconds. No tongue."
--Actor Matt Damon in a recent interview with "The Atlantic." PEPFAR is the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, an initiative started by President Bush in 2003 to triple the treatment of people in Africa suffering from the disease. It's a nice sentiment by Damon but the imagery does nothing for me.
