Speaking from the Senate floor today, Budget Committee chairman Jeff Sessions marked the 3-year anniversary since the last time the Democrat majority passed a budget resolution. This milestone, which occurs this Sunday, April 29, is "a record since Congress adopted budget process reforms in 1974," according to the Washington Post.
