Quote of the day: Obama tells Congress to get to work

“The only way we can accelerate the job creation that’s needed is through Congress,” President Obama said during a 20-minute speech today at the University of Albany. "There’s no excuse for inaction. There’s no excuse for dragging our feet. None.  I know this is an election year but it’s not an excuse for inaction," added Obama, who has attended more than 130 re-election fundraisers (so far) for his own campaign and the Democratic Party since early last year.
