"If the glass in front of you is smaller, you'll drink less."
--New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg on "Today" this morning explaining his city's ban of soft drinks sales in portions larger than 16 ounces. If you don't understand, he's basically saying if you have less of something, you'll actually consume less of it. He's right, I've tested the theory.
