Issa: What's a 'Green Job'?

What constitutes as a "Green Job"? Something we apparently need the government to help create so bad that we are willing to loan $38.6 billion for programs that would help save or create 65,000 jobs, equating to over $5 million per job. The House Oversight Committee led by Chairman Rep. Daryl Issa is working now to understand why the Obama administration gambled away so much of taxpayer dollars to support programs that even its advocates have difficulty describing. The committee Republican staff has released this video asking if you know what the Obama Administration considers a "green job"? And do you know what "green jobs" even means? The video features audio of Rep. Issa's questioning of the president's top Labor Department statistician during a hearing Wednesday.
