53% of New Yorkers Qualify as Sane

According to a recent poll, that is the percentage of people who think Bloomberg's soda ban is a bad idea.

How is it that ONLY 53%  think that taking your beverage choice away from you is infringing on personal liberties?

Remember, these are people that supposedly put such a premium on the concept of choice that they are willing to want abortion to be legal even when they say it’s a terrible thing.
