Paul Ryan aides 'still playing with' length of convention speech

Aides of Paul Ryan say the congressmen has been meticulously practicing his speech to accept the party's nomination for vice president. Details are going right down to the teleprompter positioning, according to Fox News.

[A]ides said Ryan made use of teleprompters that were set "exactly as they will be in Tampa" on Wednesday night, when Ryan will speak to a coveted prime time audience.

The teleprompters were placed at precisely the same distance from the speaker, and from one another, as the candidate will see when he takes the stage at the Tampa Bay Times Forum, site of the GOP's nominating convention.

The unnamed aides also told Fox they were "still playing with" the length of Ryan's speech, which is scheduled for Wednesday evening in the 7 p.m. hour.
