The first televised debate between President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney is less than a week away, as the campaign has hit a stride with the president beginning to stretch a slight lead while getting increased pressure on his foreign policy performance, and Romney still fighting off backlash following awkward situations caught on tape. Many have speculated that Romney will have his back to the wall, and needs to come out strong in the first debate by calling-out Obama's "falsehoods," and then take that energy on the campaign trail. One area where the Obama campaign has questioned Romney is in the details behind his plan to cut the deficit. On "Real News" Thursday, the panel evaluated how Romney can explain his deficit plan and gain momentum from the first debate:
