When you pay into the Social Security fund through taxes, you'd expect to be able to get that money back when you need it. But that's obviously not the case these days.
GOP vice presidential hopeful Paul Ryan made the case today for ending the tax on Social Security benefits after a retired Air Force veteran began to openly sob about depending on the over-taxed entitlement assistance program.
