In September, a Wisconsin county judge threw out Governor Scott Walker's law repealing most collective bargaining for local and school employees, ruling that the law violated workers' constitutional rights. Wisconsin Republicans hope to see the law upheld in the state Supreme Court. The renewed uncertainty around the law has the potential to derail Wisconsin's economic recovery. Republican Wisconsin Lt.
