Dr. Doom's' Post-Election Asset Protection Advice: Skip the Gun, Get a Tank

Mark Faber, editor and publisher of “The Gloom, Boom, & Doom Report," during a Bloomberg TV interview on Wednesday made it absolutely clear that he was not thrilled with the outcome of the presidential election.

According to "Dr. Doom," President Obama's re-election is a "negative for the economy," the "standards of living of people in the western hemisphere will continue to decline," it may become necessary in the future to protect one's assets "with a gun, a machine gun ... or perhaps a tank," and President Obama may not be able to make it through his full term because "there will be so many scandals" since "there is so much smoke, there must be some fire!”

Of course, to be fair, Faber also said that he didn't think a Romney presidency would have been much better for the economy. However, he did note that Republicans seem to be a lot more concerned with the nation's debt than the president and his followers.

Faber becomes particularly fiery at around the 07:30 mark, but you’ll want to watch everything leading up to that point for context:
