The latest from Reason.tv takes a look at the case of Uwe and Hannelore Romeike, refugees from Germany who insist on homeschooling their children -- an act illegal under German law. The Romeike family currently lives in the U.S., but are awaiting a final verdict on their refugee status from the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Reason's Nick Gillespie speaks with Mike Donnelly, a lawyer for the Home School Legal Defense Association and a representative for the Romeike family.
