Is Ideology Pushing the Obama Administration's Support for New EPA Regulations on Gasoline?

As recently as this Friday the Environmental Protection Agency announced it would be proceeding with a rule to curb the amount of sulfur in gasoline (at a cost of as much as nearly 10 cents a gallon by some estimates). Another rule at the same time could not just effect the cost of gas at the pump, but also how your car runs, as the EPA weighs finalizing a rule to up the ethanol requirements of a gallon of gas. As the economy limps back, Will Cain led the 'Real News' panel's examination of the new EPA regulations and whether they are being pushed through by the administration in order to satisfy an ideological agenda.
