CNN follows Fox News, calls Boston Marathon explosions 'terrorist attack

CNN producer Jonathan Wald, shortly after Fox News Anchor Shep Smith called the Boston Marathon explosions a "terrorist attack":

The Boston police commissioner has declined to label the attack as a form of terrorism as of yet.
