Pa. Senator Announces Boston Marathon Explosions on Senate Floor

Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) announced the explosions at the Boston Marathon on floor of the Senate on Monday.

"If you weren't aware, it appears that tragedy has struck at the Boston Marathon and bombs have gone off and there are injuries that we know of, casualties, the severity of which we do not know," Toomey said. "We hope and pray there are no fatalities."
