John Bolton's Surprise Theory on Snowden: 'Not At All Sure That He's Acting Completely Alone Here
June 12, 2013
"We don’t know the full story here yet."
Former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton said Wednesday he's not convinced admitted National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden acted alone.
"We don’t know the full story here yet. The kinds of things he’s had access to don’t make sense that somebody in his position could have gotten all together. So I'm not at all sure that he's acting completely alone here. I think there’s a lot to still be learned about his activities,” Bolton said.
Snowden, 29, is a former CIA worker who was employed by NSA contracting firm Booz Allen Hamilton for less than three months before being fired this week.
