If Democrats are planning to make the passage of Obamacare one of their big issues in 2014, they're going to need help from groups like Obama's Organizing for America, the activist group born from the president's reelection campaign.
According to The Hill, OFA plans to run this ad campaign and conduct a separate "education effort" by some 800 summer fellows tasked with selling the law to the American people:
In a memo obtained by Politico, OFA Executive Director Jon Carson said the volunteers would play a crucial role in the beginning of ObamaCare."Being equipped with this army of fellows will enhance our ability to engage with Americans across the country and educate them about the benefits of the new healthcare law," Carson wrote.

In addition, OFA says it plans to mount a large effort to pass immigration reform by targeting key congressional districts.
"Those districts include both persuadable Members of Congress who we believe we can bring on board with our immigration efforts, and Members who we know to be supporters of reform from competitive districts that will need a show of ground support to ensure they vote for final passage," Carson added.
