Video: Rand Paul pans foreign aid in speech to VFW

In remarks at the national VFW National Convention this morning, Sen. Rand Paul reiterated his non-interventionist foreign policy and called on the U.S. government to end foreign aid for "nations that burn our flag."

The U.S. is getting too involved in countries' civil wars around the world, Paul said. Congress should vote on any American support package before it's given to aid groups like Syrian rebels working to overthrown their national government.
