Detroit is actually in better shape than America

Detroit is actually in better shape than America

The city of Detroit has filed for bankruptcy, but it would likely surprise most Americans to know that its debt ratio is actually a lot better than the federal government's.

The only difference? Detroit doesn't have the ability to print more money.
