If you've played baseball, you've likely jabbed a teammate or two who hit the deck when he mistook a curveball for fastball. Panama's Jean Mar Sanchez learned that lesson the hard way during the Little League World Series this week.
During an at-bat against 13-year-old Puerto Rican pitcher Braulio Flores, Flores threw Sanchez a curveball that would make even a major leaguer blush. It was so good it made Sanchez buckle and flop around like a wet noodle:

Now the pitch was actually called a ball, but that doesn't mean it wasn't nasty.

As Yahoo notes, Panama went on to win the game 9-4 despite Flores's curveballs.
