North Carolina Man Arrested in String of Unwanted...Back Rubs

A North Carolina man was arrested last week after he allegedly snuck into a women's apartment, crawled into her bed and attempted to give her a back rub.

Police say 29-year-old Julio Antonio Yanez has been charged with assault on a female and breaking and entering for stroking a woman's arms and back after she had already rejected his offer, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.

The victim reportedly told Yanez to leave, but he refused and proceeded to give her an unwanted massage. She then repeated her request for him to leave and he complied, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.

Police said this is not the first time Yanez has provided a woman with an unsolicited back rub.

According to the Charlotte Observer, Yanez was first charged with breaking into a home on July 19 and giving another woman an unwanted massage.

Another victim reportedly identified Yanez as the man that broke into her house on July 25 and stroked her arms after she denied his request to provide her a back rub.

Yanez's bond is reportedly set at $2,000 pending a court date of September 17.
