Last week, MSNBC president Phil Griffin insisted that it was "impossible" for ratings of Megyn Kelly's new primetime Fox News show -- "The Kelly File" -- to spike on its second night on-air and dominate MSNBC's Rachel Maddow.
Well, Nielsen has crunched the numbers again and, much to MSNBC's chagrin, has confirmed that the network is indeed terrible. Sorry, Phil.
