Tennessee State Senator Presents Kathleen Sebelius With Really Embarrassing 'Gift' – and She Doesn't Look Very Happy About It

"There is no question there is still an extraordinary amount of misinformation."

During an education and outreach session in Memphis on Friday, Republican Tennessee State Sen. Brian Kelsey gave Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius a book that he thought she might need: "Web Sites for Dummies."

That's why we called it a "gift" in sarcastic quotes. The book is clearly meant to mock the Obama administration over the disastrous rollout of the Obamacare website.

The Daily News in Memphis was able to capture the moment in a photograph. As you can see, Sebelius doesn't look very amused:

Sebelius spoke about the so-called misinformation being circulated about Obamacare that has some Americans confused, according to the Sun Herald.

"There is no question there is still an extraordinary amount of misinformation," she reportedly said. "If 55 percent of the people understand a little more about how it affects them and their families, that means that 45 percent of the people still don’t have any idea, and may have believed that there is anything from death panels for Medicare constituents or something will happen to their health benefits or any number of things that continue to be said over and over again."
