A (second) dip into the pool reports: Biden in the sun

From another White House pool report filed from Panama City, Panama, where Vice President Joe Biden is currently touring the Panama Canal:

Biden emerged onto the balcony of the control house and waved at the dozens of tourists watching the maneuver from the multiple balconies of a viewing center across the waterway.

A guy in a blue Seahawks jersey shouted the hundred yards across the locks: "We love you, Joe!"

Biden shouted back: "We love Panama! ... Are you from Delaware?"

The 2 p.m. rain had just broken and the exchange took place under a blazing sun. Biden shed his jacket and donned his aviators.
