As if the 18-year-old Oklahoma State placekicker didn't have enough to worry about during Saturday's annual "Bedlam" pigskin rivalry with Oklahoma University, the ground beneath his feet apparently decided not to cooperate.

No matter. As the 4.5 magnitude quake reportedly hit the area around Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater, Okla., freshman Ben Grogan eschewed whatever turf movement that may have been afoot and booted the 41-yarder through the uprights to give OSU an early 10-7 lead.

It didn't figure into the final score, as OU pulled out a late 33-24 victory, but Grogan's effort isn't likely to be forgotten any time soon.
