How bad was this year for President Obama? Apparently so bad that his former press secretary, Robert Gibbs, is admitting it was the "worst" since Obama took office.
"I would say this is the worst year of the presidency. It does beat out 2011," Gibbs said in response to that very question from NBC's David Greggory on "Meet the Press."
"Especially given where he started," Gibbs continued, "and the first year of a second term is historically the the most productive of a second term."
