"Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson has been married to his wife, Kay, since 1966. However, it apparently wasn't until this Christmas that he put a diamond wedding ring on her finger.
The happy couple's granddaughter, Sadie Robertson, shared a picture of Kay wearing her new bling on Twitter.
"After 50 years of marriage, Papaw Phil finally gave Mamaw Kay a wedding ring for Christmas," Sadie wrote.
Robertson's wife has talked about their pre-fame problems in the past, including her husband's struggles with alcohol and adultery, the Daily Mail notes. That was before Robertson says he found Jesus Christ and turned his life around.
Robertson has been under intense scrutiny lately following his comments about homosexuality in an interview with GQ magazine. He argued that homosexuality is a sin and "not logical."
