By our count, the number of Fox News personalities who have recently entertained the idea of running for public office is now at six.
The latest is Sean Hannity.
Asked on his show this week if he would consider running for public office, Hannity said "yes," noting that it would either be in Florida or Texas.
Hannity, who lives in New York, also said he plans to leave the city as soon as his son graduates high school. His comment came after New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) said far-right conservatives have "no place" in the state.
Others who have made similar comments, serious or not:

"I would say maybe at this point, it is 50-50."-- Fox News host Mike Huckabee, Dec. 22, 2013 [Fox News]

"I am truly contemplating running for Senate."-- Fox News anchor Geraldo Rivera, Jan. 31, 2012 [WABC]
This, of course, doesn't include Elizabeth Cheney, who was a Fox News contributor before actually running for U.S. Senate. She withdrew from the race earlier this month.
