Chris Hayes, liberal host of MSNBC's "All In," characterized President Obama's nominee for ambassador to Argentina as "shameful sh*t."
On Thursday, political consultant and Obama bundler Noah Mamet of California admitted during a confirmation hearing that he's never actually been to Argentina.
Mamet said he hasn't "had the opportunity yet to be there," but that he has "traveled pretty extensively around the world."
Hayes's reaction on Twitter: "This is seriously some shameful sh*t."
Mamet was nominated by Obama in July of 2013.
