CNN Anchor: Michelle Obama Signed a Bill Into Law

In either a slip or a sudden constitutional upgrade, CNN anchor Carol Costello said on the air Tuesday that first lady Michelle Obama once signed a bill into law.

Costello was recapping some of the first lady's efforts in promoting healthful eating when she said "she signed the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act into law” in 2010.
