This Peaceful Kansas Landscape Is About to Change in an Instant

"No, no, no!"

The scene in Kansas was picturesque — blue skies and green grass broken by only a flat, open road and a few cars. But it didn't stay that way for long Tuesday when a terrifying accident took place.

A driver cruising along I-70 in Riley County captured the moment a SUV launched into the air and did a somersault after hitting a trailer parked on the side of the road.

After returning back to the ground, the SUV skidded and stopped in a ditch.

The man who recorded the incident seemed to sense the SUV was going to hit.

"No, no no!" he said right before the accident. "Holy [expletive]!"

Watch the stunning footage courtesy of KSHB-TV, which includes the audio reaction of the man who recorded it on camera:

No one was in the Ford truck that was hitched to the trailer at the time, but WIBW-TV reported Kansas Highway Patrol said a man identified as Greg Harris was taken for injuries in the accident.

Highway patrol is still investigating what led to the accident.
