A Conservative Radio Host Was Just ‘Kicked Off the Air Until Further Notice’ — and He Did Not Hold Back on Twitter When Explaining Why

Former Rep. Joe Walsh (R-Ill.) turned to Twitter Thursday night, saying he was yanked off the air for having an "honest discussion about racist terms" that apparently included him using some of the language on-air.
The conversation appeared to center around the growing controversy regarding the Washington Redskins' name. In recent days, there has been mounting pressure for the NFL team to abandon the age-old team name.
Walsh apparently tried to illustrate during his show why he does not think the Washington Redskins is an offensive name, seemingly employing some racially charged language on the air.
After being sent home, the former congressman turned to Twitter to explain what happened in his own words:
