"We are changing the way news is presented on television."
TheBlaze TV announced Thursday that its prime-time Friday show Dana will be expanding to five days a week beginning this fall.
Hosted by self-proclaimed "conservatarian" Dana Loesch -- who regularly appears on Fox News, CNN, and has guest-hosted ABC's "The View" -- Dana will be broadcast from Mercury Studios in Irving, Texas.
"We are changing the way news is presented on television," said Loesch, who also hosts her own nationally syndicated radio show. "News and policy can entertain as well as inform, and my daily program will prove that. I couldn't have asked for a better crew of talented individuals at TheBlaze to help pull it off!"
Dana will air in prime time along with The Glenn Beck Program and Real News, replacing Wilkow!.
"Dana is a tremendous talent with a loyal and growing audience. We are excited to have her be a bigger part of our growing line-up," said Joel Cheatwood, president and chief content officer of TheBlaze.
TheBlaze TV has 43 hours of original programming each week and is available on over 65 television operators across the country.
