"When you think about the vote..."
Do Democrats have a problem remembering the makeup of the nine justices serving on the United States Supreme Court?
Two weeks ago Senator Harry Reid apparently forgot that Justice Clarence Thomas is a black man.
Friday, during a campaign appearance in Alaska, Democratic Senator Mark Begich seemed to be confused about the sexual makeup of the court.

The Alaskan senator was addressing the court's recent decision in the Hobby Lobby case. He stated, "When you think about the vote, for example, on the Supreme Court, five men said they supported this change, four women did not."
For the record, the Supreme Court is made up of nine justices. Six members are male and three female.
In the Hobby Lobby case, one of the six men on the bench, Justice Steven Breyer voted along with the court's three female members, Ginsberg, Kagan and Sotomayor.
TheBlaze has reached out directly to Senator Begich and will update this story when we have additional information.
