Chilling Footage Shows the Seconds Before 9-Year-Old Girl Accidentally Killed Shooting Instructor With Uzi

Authorities released chilling footage Tuesday night depicting the seconds before a 9-year-old girl accidentally killed her Arizona shooting instructor with an Uzi.

The footage, released by the Mohave County Sheriff's Department, shows instructor Charles Vacca, 39, teaching the girl how to use the weapon. He had her fire one shot before shifting the weapon to automatic.

“Alright, full auto,” he told the child.

That’s when video shows the girl lose control of the weapon before it abruptly ends. A slight scream can be heard at the conclusion of the 27-second clip.

Vacca later died after being airlifted to University Medical Center in Las Vegas.

Authorities said the girl was at the shooting range with her parents. Her name was not released.

It is not known if the range had an age limit on shooting or if the girl was going through a safety class.
